Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, DentalPlans.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. DentalPlans.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, DentalPlans.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. DentalPlans.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. DentalPlans.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

DentalPlans.com HEREBY GIVES NOTICE THAT YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED TWO (2) WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EXPIRATION DATE IDENTIFIED IN YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION.

Unless otherwise advised, the automatic renewal will be charged to the credit card account that you provide in making your initial membership order. In the event your initial membership order is paid by personal check, it is the responsibility of the member to supply DentalPlans.com with your current valid credit card account information or a personal check for the purposes of payment of membership renewal. In order for your membership to continue without interruption, your renewal payment must be received two (2) weeks prior to the expiration date identified in your order confirmation. In the event that DentalPlans.com attempts to automatically renew your membership but is unable to do so due to the cancellation or inactivation of your credit card account, DentalPlans.com will attempt to notify the member through the e-mail address on record and inform the member that their membership will expire on the date identified in the order confirmation. In all events, it is the responsibility of the member to ensure that payment for membership renewal has been received by DentalPlans.com two (2) weeks prior to the expiration date identified in the order confirmation. DentalPlans.com is not responsible and assumes no liability to member for any member's failure to provide DentalPlans.com with current valid credit card account information or other payment for membership renewal.

BY ELECTRONICALLY ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE DentalPlans.com ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY, THE MEMBER AGREES AND UNDERSTANDS THAT HE/SHE IS ENTERING INTO A BINDING AND ENFORCEABLE LEGAL CONTRACT.

Sales Taxes
DentalPlans.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Florida. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against DentalPlans.com Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law principles.
